-He's a magi with a natural affinity for all types of free energy, including (particularly, in fact) the Darkness. This could give him a slight resistance or susceptibility to it depending on situation. I've played it both ways as seemed apropos.
-As such he can also see/sense and track the flow of these types of energies, including analyzing other things and people to see what they're made of. He can also manipulate the flow, although that will be difficult in this setting.
-He has a bolg, which is a pretty powerful energy shield. It'll be very strong if he just protects himself, somewhat weaker if he extends the range.
-He has access to his ice and gravity magics at present.
-He has a decently large capacity to take pain/damage but will whine about it/lose focus and doesn't have a ton of stamina in physical combat.
