That's a good point! I'm talking more about actual events that require fighting rather than just going out to fight everyday monsters but increased IC presence of monsters could require saving people etc. It feels like there hasn't been much of a sense of Aather as a potentially dangerous place since people were losing bones to those monsters in Three's Cove. Although again that's just my personal perception which is coloured by a ton of things and could very well be totally off compared to most peoples' perception.
