PSA: Powercap Lifted!
Your resident Storysona was asked by some heroes to lift the powercap, and with assistance it was done!
What does that mean for your characters? They are, more or less, back to what you would consider "normal" levels of power if they have gained those skills and abilities back. There is still a natural/personal limit for characters; if their magic or abilities would tire them out by a certain point they will still get tired, but it's much improved from hitting the powercap wall and passing out from it. Unfortunately, all-powerful godbeings still won't be able to draw on their full power -- while they would have been able to access their power on their own world, Aather has a finite amount of energy to draw from and the characters that have been brought here are not as naturally attuned to it. They won't hit a powercap wall, but they'll run out of power to use faster.
What does this mean OOCly? We want you to have fun and to make this as flexible as we can! Just remember that we still have to run a game and run events for lots of people with lots of different abilities and spread it around (which is what the powercap was originally for). Limit yourself with that regard in mind to help us keep things as fun as possible for everybody!
