Can we just say that Yfandes's Mindspeech can narrate the stories for characters who can't hear? I know she doesn't have the skill back quite yet but she's still used to directing her thoughts that way and it's a reasonable extension. It would make sense to get another voice that way too, since "deaf and unable to read" probably wouldn't need more than one voice - RARE SITUATION
